Three decades in property law
Tracy Pullock is admitted to the High Court of Cape Town as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer, and brings a depth of real estate experience that’s rare in a boutique firm.
Tracy’s career in property law spans more than thirty years and three continents. She cut her teeth at two of South Africa’s leading firms: Garlicke & Bousfield and Deneys Reitz, handling conventional and sectional title transfers, notarial deeds, and the opening of township registers.
She then spent seven years in Dubai as a Senior Associate in Real Estate at Taylor Wessing working with individual clients as well as developers, master developers and local banks. This international, big-firm rigour now sits behind a small Whale Coast practice which means your matter is handled with the care of someone who has seen it all, but also takes the time to know your name and treat each matter personally.
Tracy is meticulous, systematic and deeply ethical. She takes the firms FICA and POPI responsibilities seriously and goes to great lengths to ensure our client’s fund and personal information are protected by investing in proper IT security, data protection and privacy to match. She’s also a hands-on mentor who takes the time to train her team well, so the same standards run through every matter. Beyond the practice, she’s a mother, a wife and a friend.

Garlicke & Bousfield — Conveyancing
Conventional and sectional title transfers, mortgage bonds, notarial deeds, certificates of registered and consolidated title, the opening of township registers, and subdivisions, working directly with individual and developer clients.
Deneys Reitz — Conveyancing
All legal aspects of conventional and sectional title transfers, working closely with financial institutions and corporate and individual clients.
Taylor Wessing (Middle East) — Senior Associate, Real Estate
Seven years in Dubai advising master developers and sub-developers on master communities and projects, an Islamic mortgage finance provider, real estate agencies and private clients, including disputes, arbitration, and liaison with the Dubai Land Department. Also mentored junior associates, wrote for local publications and presented seminars.

Founded the practice in 2018 after admission to the High Court of Cape Town as Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer.
