A boutique practice, built on the Whale Coast

Pullock Attorneys was founded in 2018 by Tracy Pullock, and has grown into a focused, well-regarded practice serving property owners, buyers, sellers and families all the way along the Cape Whale Coast. From Rooi Els and Pringle Bay, through Betty’s Bay and Kleinmond, to Hermanus and beyond.

We are deliberately small. That’s not a limitation, it’s the point. Property matters are among the most significant financial and personal decisions people make, and they deserve the attention of someone senior who knows your name and your file. You won’t be handed down a queue here.

What we draft and register

We don’t try to do everything. We specialise in conveyancing and property law, notarial work, and wills and we do them thoroughly.

Conveyancing. Conventional, sectional title transfers, subdivisions and consolidations, and the opening of sectional title and township registers.
Notarial services. Antenuptial contracts, servitudes, notarial bonds, cessions of usufruct and notarial leases.
Commercial property. Sale and purchase agreements, leases and Home Owners’ Association documentation.
Wills. Clear and valid wills.

Three offices along the coast

We work from three offices: Hermanus, Betty’s Bay and Pringle Bay which means we’re genuinely local to the communities we serve, and easy to reach in person when that matters. Our team supports clients across all three.

Our team

A small, dedicated team looks after every matter, and you’ll get to know them by name. Tracy Pullock is our founder and the firm’s admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer. Claudia Olsen is the face of our Pringle Bay office and Simone Heunis of our Hermanus office. Both are closely and actively involved in every step of the conveyancing process and support clients across both offices. Josh Pullock works from Hermanus, supporting the business and the team with administrative and general support while also studying towards his legal qualifications.

Our founder

Tracy Pullock is admitted to the High Court of Cape Town as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer, and brings a depth of real estate experience that’s rare in a boutique firm. With more than thirty years experience spanning two of South Africa’s leading firms and seven years in Dubai with international firm Taylor Wessing.
